National Public Lands Day: Trail Cleanup in Torrey

Join Utah Bronco Club and Fort Bronco on Saturday, September 26 at 10:00 AM as we celebrate National Public Lands Day by giving back to the public lands that make adventures like ours possible.

We’ll meet at the Fremont River crossing outside Torrey before heading out on a cleanup run through Cathedral Valley. Our planned route follows the Hartnett and Cathedral Valley Roads, completing an approximately 65-mile loop across BLM and National Park lands.

⏰ 10:00 AM
🛞 Route: Hartnett & Cathedral Valley Roads
📏 Approximately 65 miles

High-clearance 4×4 vehicles are welcome, you do not need to drive a Bronco to participate!

Along the route, we’ll stop to collect trash and help leave these incredible public lands better than we found them.

This cleanup is one of the official Fort Desolation activations for Fort Bronco and is open to anyone who would like to join us in celebrating National Public Lands Day.

Please come prepared for a remote backcountry route. Bring plenty of water, food, sun protection, appropriate clothing, and anything you need for a full day on the trail. Trash bags will be provided, but it would be a good idea to wear closed toe shoes and bring gloves.
